Grade ‘A’ rents rise as supply surges — KMC MAG

OFFICE SPACE hit a record 231,412 square meters (sq. m.) during the third quarter following the entry into the market of supply amounting to 232,961 sq. m., most of which was pre-leased, property services firm KMC MAG Group, Inc. said on Friday.
