Piñol ‘unhappy’ with budget for rice sufficiency, but will ‘work with it’

AGRICULTURE Secretary Emmanuel F. Piñol said he was “unhappy” with the lower than requested budget for the Department of Agriculture (DA), particularly its rice sufficiency program, but added, “it was the amount approved, I have to work with it.”
