‘Urgency’ of SMC bid plea cited

MALACAÑANG is moving to decide as soon as possible on an appeal to reconsider the bid of San Miguel Corp. (SMC) for the P35.4-billion Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX) project in order not to delay awarding of the project any longer than necessary, a presidential spokesman has said.
