DAVAO CITY — As the 10 member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) adopt the Single Aviation Market, or a full open skies policy, starting this year, some 100,000 aviation professionals will be in demand for the projected increase in flights and number of airplanes serving the region.
