Mindanao railway seen spreading development outside Metro Manila

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — Businesses in this city, the economic hub of Northern Mindanao, have renewed their efforts to get the Mindanao Railway System (MRS) back on track amid hopes that it will spur economic development outside the capital region.
