DAVAO CITY — The business sector in Mindanao is looking forward to the agricultural roadmap that will be drafted by the administration of incoming president Rodrigo R. Duterte, and is hopeful that this will address the longstanding problems of access to financing, more research support, and forging peace with the communist insurgency.
