ILOILO CITY — Senior officials of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) endorsed on Friday the Iloilo Initiative, which lays down the groundwork for utilizing the Internet as the means for bringing in micro, small and medium scale enterprises (MSMEs) into the global market.
