DAVAO CITY — Banana planters said a review being conducted by the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) of Agribusiness Venture Agreements (AVAs) signed by agrarian reform beneficiaries will scare away potential investors who may want to fund the beneficiaries’ growing operations.
