Megan Young still mum on love life

Megan Young (MNS photo) Megan Young and Mikael Daez are still reluctant to shed light on the real score between them despite what could be deemed as sweet photos of them that they have been posting online. Asked about it at the press conference of GMA’s “Conan My Beautician,” Megan said, “Whatever I share online, that’s something very special that I like to share.” She added, “The videos that we post about our travels, that’s something genuine that we like to share with everyone. Na how we are as people, how we are behind the camera, that’s something we enjoy together. We’re happy that people enjoy watching the videos we post.” Prodded further on their status, she added, “When it comes to me and my personal life, I try to keep it as private as much as I can because I share so much already as a public personality.” Megan and Mikael recently went to Japan where they had a “major food trip.” Other places they have been to are Singapore and Thailand. “Since we’re older now, we can enjoy a place more. Mas na-enjoy namin ang maraming bagay, like food, the drinks, the culture that we experience in these places,” she said. Do they talk about marriage? “Right now we’re focused on work. Hayden Kho shields baby daughter from public eyes

Celebrity doctor Hayden Kho and daughter Scarlet Snow (MNS photo) Celebrity doctor Hayden Kho has switched the Instagram account of his baby daughter, Scarlet Snow, to private, one month after introducing his first child with partner Vicki Belo to the public. The 36-year-old Kho pleaded for understanding as he begins regulating Scarlet Snow’s followers, which has ballooned to near 200,000. “It’s for her protection,” he said. “Don’t worry coz people can still request permission to follow and those who are already following would still be able to see her posts.” Kho admitted to be “very” protective of Scarlet Snow. He also explained that he decided to open a social media account for his daughter due to fears of identity theft. “The only reason we opened an account for Scarlet is because I wanted to prevent identity theft. So pagkapanganak pa lang niya, kinuha ko na agad lahat ng Scarlet Snow Belo sa Instagram, sa Facebook, at sa Twitter before pa makuha ng iba,” he said. Scarlet Snow was born through surrogacy. Kho and Belo first introduced her to the public last May 16 — leading to speculation that the baby was adopted. “She is 100 percent our daughter,” said Belo. Kho shared that he and Belo, at first, did not want to reveal Scarlet Snow. “Partly because we wanted to focus on her,” he said. “We don’t want to be busy na sasagot about sa mga issues. People are asking questions now.” The couple has also posted home videos of Read More …

Jaguar is bringing back the XKSS

British sportscar brand Jaguar on Tuesday confirmed that it is building nine continuation examples of the 1957 classic. The Jaguar XKSS© Jaguar One of the most loved and lusted after of all race-bred Jaguars, the XKSS was one of Steve McQueen’s favorite cars and that’s not surprising, seeing as it was essentially a road-legal version of the company’s Le Mans-winning D-Type. Each of the new cars will be built by hand, using exactly the same techniques and materials as with the original car. And the reason that the production run is so limited is because nine models in the original run were destroyed by a fire at the Jaguar factory. They had been destined for US customers but were never replaced. That’s also why the continuation XKSS will be making its global debut in the US at the LA Auto Show this November. Tim Hannig, Director of Jaguar Land Rover Classic, said: “The continuation XKSS reaffirms our commitment to nurture the passion and enthusiasm for Jaguar’s illustrious past by offering exceptional cars, services, parts and experiences.”   ch/cm – Relaxnews
