Davao City’s P39-B Sta. Ana wharf project to undergo Swiss challenge

DAVAO CITY — The city government will open the Sta. Ana Wharf development project within the next three months for bids that will challenge the P39-billion unsolicited proposal submitted by Mega Harbour Development Corp.
