THE CHAIRMAN of the House ways and means committee said he stands by the version of the comprehensive tax reform program passed on final reading last month, saying it represented the sentiment of all the members of the House of Representatives, and suggested that the Department of Finance (DoF) consult with legislators on future tax packages.
