MANILA (Mabuhay) — Maxene Magalona took to Instagram on Monday to express her admiration for screen veteran Dawn Zulueta, one of the lead stars of the upcoming Star Cinema film, “Love Me Tomorrow.”
On her Instagram account, the 29-year-old Magalona revealed that she will play the role of Zulueta’s daughter in the romance film, which also stars Piolo Pascual and Coleen Garcia.
She posted a picture of her with Zulueta taken during the film’s press conference on Monday. In the caption, Magalona described Zulueta as a “classic beauty” and a “stellar actress.”
“What an incredible honor it is to play the daughter of Ms. Dawn Zulueta in #LoveMeTomorrow! She is a stellar actress, I tell you. So natural, so real,” she wrote.
Magalona added that she was in awe of Zulueta throughout the making of the film. “It was like I was watching a movie WHILE doing the movie. That’s why I am so sure you guys will love this film.”
In “Love Me Tomorrow,” Zulueta plays a fashion designer who finds herself falling in love with a younger man (Pascual). She faces competition from Garcia, a socialite who is in a no-label “connection” with Pascual’s character.
Directed by Gino M. Santos, the film is currently being shown in cinemas nationwide. (MNS)
