Monaco’s Oceanographic Museum exhibit of Tubbataha Reef photography will be brought to the Philippines in 2017 through the Ayala Foundation and Ayala Malls.

The Tubbataha Reef showcase which features 21 photographs taken by Filipinas Maria-Teresa Lara and Marissa Floirendou, and the National Geographic husband and wife team of David Doubilet and Jennifer Hayes will be brought to the Philippines in 2017, according to the ABSCBN report.
The Oceanographic Museum of Monaco currently runs the ImmerSEAve 360 program which allows visitors to experience the Philippines’ crown jewel of scuba diving off the coast of Palawan and seeing 72% of the world’s coral species through virtual reality.
A new activity exhibit also allows museum-goers to follow the expedition of S.A.S. Prince Albert II of Monaco at the Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park in 2016 which showcases the largest marine protected area in the Philippine at over 970 square kms, one of the very few reserves for seabirds, sea turtles and sharks in the region. Tubbataha, a UNESCO World Heritage Site is valued for keeping the balance of the underwater ecosystem in the Sulu-Sulawesi Triangle.
