Suspected pork barrel scam operator Janet Napoles is on her way to the Sandiganbayan for her arraignment.
Early Thursday morning a convoy left Fort Sto Domingo in Laguna where Napoles is kept in detention. radio dzBB’s Sam Nielsen reported.
PNP spokesman Chief Supt. Reuben Theodore Sindac has said the police does not expect problems in transporting Napoles to Sandiganbayan as they have transferred her to different locations before.
The Sandiganbayan First Division set for today at 8:30 in the morning the arraignment of Senator Ramon ‘Bong’ Revilla, Richard Cambe, Napoles and other co-accused in criminal charges stemming from the alleged pork barrel scam. — Joel Locsin/ELR, GMA News
