PCSO warns sales will suffer from higher tax on prize fund

PHILIPPINE Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) Chairman Jose E. Corpuz said greater taxes on the sweepstakes and lotto prize fund, as proposed by the Finance department, would have a negative impact on revenue used to help fund government social programs.
