MANILA, Philippines – The peso rallied against the dollar midday Friday, settling at 43.671 from the previous day’s 43.815.
Total volume transacted at the Philippine Dealing System amounted to $518.4 million in the morning, higher than the $378.8 million posted the same period on Thursday.
The peso opened Friday at 43.65.
