MANILA, Philippines – The peso shed 10.5 centavos against the dollar on Tuesday, closing at 43.815 from the previous day’s 43.71.
Total volume transacted at the Philippine Dealing System amounted to $704.4 million, lower than the $863.8 million posted on Monday.
The peso opened Tuesday at 43.73.
