DAVAO CITY — Cavendish banana remains the top export commodity of the Davao Region and the challenges faced by two of the top banana-exporting companies are expected to have a significant impact on its gross regional domestic product (GRDP) target for this year, according to the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA).
