What’s the most frustrating thing that has ever happened in your life?

Maybe it’s these things…

Do you feel that you are working so hard, yet you never seem to be earning enough?

Do you find yourself always doing overtime, yet you can’t seem to fit all of your extra pay for all your bills?

Do you have sidelines left and right, yet you feel as if the money you get is just passing through your hands?

If you answered a big, resounding YES to any of those, then I have some tips for you:

VALUE YOUR TIME

Actually, time is more important than money. The accumulation of money can be unlimited, but when it comes to time, it never accumulates, it only depletes.

Young or old, rich or poor, we all have only 24 hours in a single day. The only difference is how we use our time.

The moment you receive your earnings, what do you do with it? If you really want to increase your income, spend your time doing MONEY-GENERATING activities. Aside from these activities, you also need to spend time…

LEARNING FROM OTHER PEOPLE

There’s truth to the saying, “Birds with the same feather flock together.” If your goal is to increase your income, then join people with the same goal as you, so that they can inspire you and help you reach that goal. Instead of simply hanging out on a Friday night, why not attend a seminar that can greatly influence you to fulfil your dreams? And instead of gossiping and just engaging in empty talk, why not join in on conversations that are more worthwhile?

By spending most of your time with people from whom you can learn, you will take after their focused attitude, positive outlook, and you will even learn the technical knowledge that they have to help you achieve your goals.

And of course, if you want to increase your income, you also need to…

SAVE AND DECREASE YOUR EXPENSES

No matter how much you earn, if you keep on spending and never saving, then you really will end up with NOTHING.

You always need to remember to SEPARATE your wants and needs. Avoid spending on UNNECESSARY things. What are the unnecessary things? You, yourself can answer that best!

And as you minimizing your expenditures for things that you merely want, you will be able to build your savings. And this is a very good sign!

Lastly, you need to…

STOP ACTING LIKE VICTIMS AND START ACTING LIKE VICTORS

Stop blaming your family, your boss, or the government because of the small income that you have. At the end of the day, YOU have the final say and decision with what you will do with your money.

Take RESPONSIBILITY for each of your actions. The winners are those who know how to take responsibility for their actions, ready to learn from their past mistakes, and able to stand up and keep walking towards their goal.

Don’t waste your time thinking that you are a victim. Make sure that you spend your time internalizing the truth that you are a WINNER in this battle of life. It’s this that will motivate you to keep increasing your income.

THINK. REFLECT. APPLY.

What are the things that consume most of your time?

Are you saving enough and decreasing unnecessary expenses?

Are you ready to start acting like a victor and to take responsibility for your actions?
