THE DEPARTMENT of Transportation and Communications (DoTC) has formally decided to bid out in two separate bundles the five regional airport contracts under the public-private partnership (PPP) scheme — worth a cumulative P108.19 billion — and finalized the exclusion of the Puerto Princesa airport.
