COUPLE Anne Curtis and Erwan Heussaff denied that they are engaged.
On Wednesday, a photo of the couple posted by a bridal blog on image sharing app, Instagram, became viral online as many thought that the restaurateur/blogger has finally asked the actress’ hand in marriage.
The “It’s Showtime” host took to Twitter to deny the rumor.
“Hahaha! Where did this news come from? Just got calls from my friends + sister asking if I got engaged! LABO! Who kaya started the rumor?”
Later on, Erwan shrugged off the news and said, “Ummm if I were to propose guys, I wouldn’t do it with cupcakes. You’d think they would make me look better in a fake proposal.”
In an interview with Erwan’s sister, Solenn Heussaff, on Thursday at the “Ilustrado” press conference, she said the couple is not ready yet to settle down and start a family.
Solenn said Anne is focused in her showbiz commitments while her brother is also doing his own thing outside of the industry.
She said both Anne and Erwan too young to settle down.
“Twenty seven pa lang si Erwan and sobrang bata pa. There’s always something about Anne and Erwan na rumors na laging may break-up. I really don’t care. I don’t read tweets.”
“Sobrang young pa nila and ayaw pa nilang dalawa. I don’t react to things like that, hindi na ako pumapansin sa ganyan mga issue kaya relax ako sa buhay,” she added. (Sunnex)
