KRIS Aquino made peace with Judy Ann Santos following their brief falling out due to the latter’s Instagram post critical of President Benigno Aquino III, the television host’s brother.

Kris followed Judy Ann again late Thursday afternoon and later on shared their brief exchange of text messages.

“I can be impulsive & overly emotional. But I also believe I am never spiteful & always respectful. Above all, I know how to take responsibility for my actions. Before leaving for work, I felt my guardian angel telling me to text @officialjuday. Naglakas loob ako & prayed for the best,” she said.

In her message, Kris told Judy Ann that she decided to text her because they never had any problem before and she’s hoping that they could move forward from the issue.

Kris text message reads, “Hi Juday. It’s Kris. I decided to text kasi through the years never ntayo nagka-problem between us, hindi tayo close, but there was always warmth.”

“I just wanted to say that no matter the provocation to make matters worse between us I do hope when all this is behind us, we can move forward. Here’s to Peace & Harmony.”

Judy Ann, for her part, said it’s a big relief receiving a text message from Kris.

The “Bet on your Baby” host added that she was also waiting for the right time to reach out to Kris and explain her side.

“I respect and fully understand your action,” she wrote. “Hindi naman talaga madali ang pinagdadaanan mo… What I posted on my IG was my opinion on what happened that day. I just expressed my thoughts on the situation,” Judy Ann said.

Judy Ann also said that it was never her intention to hurt Kris and she also values their friendship.

“Hindi man tayo close, there was always warmth and I value the friendship that we have. Praying for peace, wisdom and God’s guidance for all of us,” she said.

Kris unfollowed Juday on Instagram after the latter posted a photo of United States President Barack Obama welcoming the fallen American servicemen in 2011.

Juday accompanied the photo with the caption: “Just saying… Obama knows his priorities.”

The post criticized Kris’ brother, President Aquino, who attended an opening of a car plant instead of showing up at the arrival honors of the 44 Special Action Force members who died in a botched operation in Mamasapano, Maguindanao last January 25. (Sunnex)
