Rotating Davao brownouts to continue until NGCP tower repair

DAVAO CITY — An official of Davao Light and Power Co. (DLPC) said the rotating brownouts in its franchise areas will continue until the tower of the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) that was bombed last Oct. 29 is repaired.
