Four years after giving birth to her first born, Sarah Lahbati is ready for another commitment. This time, to become wife to one of the the country’s most eligible bachelors, Richard Gutierrez.

Lahbati and Gutierrez night announced on their Instagram accounts that they are finally tying the knot. “The stars aligned in the universe and this happened. I’m marrying my best friend,” Lahbati said in an Instagram post wherein she shared a snapshot of their engagement.

Gutierrez, meanwhile, shared a close-up photo featuring a clearer view of the diamond ring he gave to Lahbati.

“I love you and I can’t wait to start this new chapter of our lives together,” he wrote.

The couple, who have been together for five years, got engaged in Switzerland. It was the same place where Lahbati took refuge when she was hiding her pregnancy in 2012, eventually giving birth to baby Zion.

Lahbati said she wants to exchange “I do’s” in Europe and have her honeymoon in Costa Rica’s Cocos Island.

Lahbati joined ABS-CBN in 2015. Gutierrez followed her and officially became a Kapamilya through the primetime series “La Luna Sangre.” (MNS)
